The shipping rates for each order are calculated based on both the total weight of the items and the destination.
Our shea butter-based products may melt in temperatures exceeding 80 degrees Fahrenheit. During summer months, Shea Butter Society will not be held responsible for reimbursement if the product melts during shipment. Nevertheless, the product remains usable. Simply place it in the refrigerator for approximately 20-30 minutes, then allow it to rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours. This process will facilitate the re-solidification of the product, although it may lose some of its fluffiness (which is not a concern).
Order Processing Time:
Upon purchase, please anticipate a processing time of approximately 7-10 business days for your order. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, processing will commence on the following business day.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We cannot assume liability for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation and tracking by UPS confirms the order was delivered. However, in the event of such an occurrence, we advise contacting your mail carrier to verify if the package was delivered to the correct address and work directly with UPS to file a claim.
